Ellen Spencer Susman is creator and moderator
of www.LeadersForum.com,
a monthly live Internet conference focusing on leadership
development. She began her broadcast career at CBS,
was one of the original hosts of Group W's.Evening/PM Magazine
and had a successful career as a television reporter and anchor.
For more than 20 years, Susman has produced seminars
and conferences, leading her to projects such as "The
Aspen Institute Television Show" and others. Her
firm, The Spencer Connection, Inc., specializes in creating,
moderating and facilitating programs and seminars for the
corporate marketplace. She is a member of the National
Speakers Association and co-author of a book The Leadership
Path.
A graduate of Briarcliff College, she is married and has
two children.

Melanie Gray joined Weil,
Gotshal and Manges LLP in 1985 and became a partner in
1989. Trained as a commercial litigator, she has concentrated
in complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy litigation.
She has served as a faculty member for the Advanced
Trial Advocacy Program of the University of Houston Law Center,
the National Insitute of Trial Attorneys and the National
Business Institute. She also serves on the board of Girls
Incorporated, Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts, Society
of Performing Arts, Bo's Place, Texas ACLU and Post Oak School.
She was named one of the ten Women on the Move for 2001
by Texas Executive Women.
She holds a B.A. from the State University
of New York at Albany and a J.D. with honors from Syracuse
University College of Law. She is married and has three
children.
